Electrical work in Canterbury-Bankstown
Canterbury-Bankstown Council has identified the Bankstown CBD and town centres along the M5 corridor as priority growth areas, with increased density bringing more apartment construction and commercial electrical fitouts.
Many homes in this area were built between 1950 and 1980 with fibro cement construction and original wiring that is now well past its service life. Renovation activity is high, and electrical upgrades are almost always part of the scope.
The Bankstown Airport precinct and the surrounding industrial areas generate commercial and light-industrial electrical work, including warehouse fitouts and three-phase power installations.
